Happy 2025 everyone! It has been a long while since we last updated, we aren't really good at that while in the thick of development but we thought we'd drop you all a proper update on where we're at and what to expect from 2025. 

First off, we are pretty much done with the base demo which stretches far beyond the original one we made in 2021 - but we wanted to work on more to a good stopping point so that we will have something to give you guys soon after the planned Kickstarter concludes. That means- a very fast lead time before new content drops! Though there's no promises given all the preparation that is needed for crowdfunding, we estimate the Kickstarter to start in Early May 2025.

It's been a long 4 years since we've first released the demo and after all of your valuable feedback, bug reports and feature requests, the game has taken a completely unrecognisable form, featuring:

1. Rewritten Script/ revamped story

2. Redrawn/New artwork, sprites and CGs

3. New pixels

4. New Maps

5. Stat-raising System (non-grindy and completely doable within the narrative!)

6. Refreshed GUI

7. Visual Novel Style Textbox menu 

...and more!

We know it's been a crazy long wait but we hope the otome community is still ready to welcome Stand by Me when we finally drop the demo.
